I think having some urine leak during orgasm is fairly common after procedures that affect the urinary sphincter. I had prostate cancer surgery in Jul 2018, catheter in for a week after. I had some urine leakage after, was told that would happen & wore pads for about 4 weeks, then was able to go without. The surgery also caused ED which has improved slightly, but still dealing with it. I was encouraged to stimulate myself to try to get erections to help return of function, and that ejaculations would be ‘dry’ (i.e., no semen) but that it was normal to expel some urine at orgasm, especially at first, and that did happen for about the 1st month but doesn’t now. So my guess is that the sphincter is still a little weak but over time you may no longer experience this.
I’m not a Dr., so I can’t say for sure about your fertility, but it’s my guess that as long as there are still adequate no’s of viable sperm cells present, you would still be able to father a child. I do know that sperm like certain conditions (temp, pH, etc,) so I’m not certain whether mixing urine with the semen would reduce your fertility. This would be a good question for your Dr. If you get an answer, please check back in here & let us know what you’re told...
