Blood in urine 15 years

Hi I recently had an issue where I supposedly passed a kidney stone and when I did they recommend me follow up with a urologist. I did based off the referral from the hospital.. the dr was mean and dismissive and really didn't read my chart. He said it wasn't a stone and to go get a ct scan but with contrast.. I have had 2 ct scans with contrast for un related things near my aorta on down in May of 2023. Last October I had a cyst on my kidney but from the CT scans that I had its no longer showing per my pop dr.  My concern is the trace of blood that I have carried in my urine for 15 years and now for the first time ever stone passing with no indication of any other stones per the ct scan without contrast.  No lesions was detected just the trace of blood what could this be ?
