DO I have undiagnosed uti or something else?
i am 20 years old male.. and had gerd from last month.. now i have some uti when i had my urinalysis i have a 10-15hpf of pus cells.M y doctor talled me that i should drink lots of water, and i did. and of taking in antibiotics named "Ciprofloxacin" for a week. i got an hpf of 2-4pus cells after a week of diagnosis. I was confident that i was cured of my illness and stopped taking in antibiotics. After a few days, it hurts while peeing when i am dehydrated... but when i am hydrated it doesn't hurt anymore.. it just kept on coming back.. i am bit worried that it might strike anytime.. and i don't want a surgery. Is this something more than uti? I don't wanna see a doctor because i have a very busy schedule and i have been in and out of the hospital for a week.
