Epedidymitis/Prostatitis: Tests for STD/STI's Negative - Persistent Discomfort

On July 5th, 2014 I had protected sex with two African american women. In the days following, I began to experience discomfort in my genitals, feeling like I was "dripping" but without actual discharge.

I immediately went to the doctor to get tested for STD's, however all tests came back negative.

RPR NON REAC
Hepatitis B Surface Antigen NON REAC
Hepatitis B Surface Ab 10.33 HI
Hepatitis B Core Antibody NON REAC
Hepatitis C Virus Antibody NON REAC
HIV 1&2 Screen NON REAC
Source NAAT URINE
Chlamydia trachomatis NAAT NEGATIVE
Neisseria gonorrhoeae NAAT NEGATIV

Symptoms however continued to persist, and at one point I had a red dot appear on the shaft, which I had tested and again, no STD's.

The doctor at one point prescribed me to 14 days of Bactrim DS, which had no effect.

Fast forward to date, 3/28/16 and the symptoms still persist, albeit somewhat less so. I have had ultrasounds, been tested multiple times, had CT scans to check for additional issues. Everything has to date come back negative.

The Urologist I have seen suspects that I have Pelvic Floor issues, and has prescribed me to daily doses of Tamsulosin.

My question to the group is, anyone else dealt with this? I'm going on close to 2 years now and am starting to lose hope.  I have felt like i've gone through so many tests and nothing has been definitive, so I get tagged with "Mild Epeditmytis or Prostatitis" as a catch-all.  Over that time, I've had painful pooping, stomach issues, etc etc. All after having spent the first 27 years of my life with no health issues at all.

I should also mention, prior to that encounter I hadn't had sex with anyone else besides my wife, so of course this leads the doctors to think much of this is pshyco-sematic, which doesn't help at all.

Anyone with experience or thoughts, are much appreciated. My main concern is that there isn't some undocumented infection spreading throughout my body, that could be prevented with the right diagnosis.

Thanks in advance.
