Frequent Urination

I'm a 17 year old male.

Backstory: Last Tuesday (dec 29th) I felt like I had to urinate frequently. I'd go, and possibly 5-10 minutes later I'd feel like I had to go again. Not a lot, mind you. I could even ignore the feeling for the most part, but it was there. I'd be going frequently for the next couple of days but in very little amounts.

I went to the Doctor on last Thursday and last Monday and received a urine test both times and they both came out negative for everything.

Since Monday, it was no longer the small need to urinate very shortly after I went once and then continue to urinate in small amounts.

But rather I'd go, and 20-45 minutes later I'd feel the need to urinate again (in a small amount) but over the next 15-20 minutes after that I'd feel a very strong urge and I'd end up going a normal amount. I have basically been going every 1-2 hours.

However, during the day while I'm at school I do not feel  like I have to go at all. Monday I went twice, Tuesday and Wednesday I went once during the school day, and today I went no times. It's strange that there is a 7 hour period during the day that I feel like I don't have to go at all, yet when I get home from school I feel like I have to go every 1-2 hours.

Also, my bladder started hurting Tuesday night. It doesn't hurt constantly and does not hurt more/less when I feel like I have to go or not.

It feels like a really dull sharp pain or a kind of pressure pain. It comes and goes and usually lasts for 5-10 minutes at a time. I do not cringe in pain from it, but it is annoying.

I should mention during the nights: as long as I'm asleep, I'm not waking up to urinate. During the first few nights of my problem I have basically been having trouble sleeping only because I couldn't get to sleep because of my need to urinate, but when I do actually fall asleep I rarely wake up to go to the bathroom. (I think I have woken up maybe three times all of this week during my sleep to use the bathroom).
