Hello,
A hydrocele is an accumulation of fluid in the tunica vaginalis or along the spermatic cord. Depending on the size of hydrocele, Treatment options include needle aspiration, aspiration with injection of a sclerosing agent, and surgical excision.

I suggest you to consult a urologist and get it evaluated.
