PE? Help!

I am a 29yr old male and think I might have PE...... When I have sex with my girlfriend or she masturbates me I ejaculate around a minute. It seems like when I enter her and start moving it's with in a few strokes and I already feel the point of no return approaching. I've tried stop moving and just staying in her and that didn't work, the urge was too much and I just ejaculated. I've timed my self masturbating and it only take right around a minute before i feel the urge to ejaculate, sometimes i can leave my hand on my penis other times i can't until the urge cools down. There was one time my girlfriend was on top of me, instead of me on her (typical missonary position) and I was able to last a lot longer, didn't time it but it was at least several minutes. Is this PE? Can anything be done to increase my time? I just would like to last 3-5minutes instead of 1 minute. Does excess masturbation cause this or contribute to it? Is it b/c I have very senstive nerves in my penis? Please help!

Hi,

Fish liver or cod liver oil supplements are natural extracts and are not too processed. These are available in capsule form and the daily dose depends on the quantity of the oil per capsule depending on the brand.

The usual dose is 2 capsules per day to be taken after a meal.

Usually the changes will start appearing about 2-4 weeks from the time the supplementation is begun.

This supplement does not have any interaction with other medications or food.

Regards,

Hi,

PE can be diagnosed if the time to ejaculation is less than 1.5 min of intravaginal contact.
However, this is not an absolute as if you and your partner are happy, that would not characterize PE.

Individuals who are prone to anxiety and PE have decreased levels of serotonin in the brain regions that mediate sexual satisfaction and this ensures that they climax rapidly or prematurely.

If the female assumes a position over the male, ejaculation is delayed.

Your condition can be treated with a combination  SSRIs (prescription medications that block reuptake of serotonin), anesthetic ointments (not very recommended as they can alter sexual sensation in your partner, and natural supplements of cod liver oil or fish liver oil capsules that contain DHA and mediate an increase in the levels of serotonin in the brain.

Additionally, you can also try some antianxiety medication such as benzodiazepines for short periods not exceeding 5-7 days (in view of their potential for addiction) on prescription from your doctor.

Do keep us posted.

Regards

I just thought of something too. I can remember when I was in highschool and when I was taking a chemistry test (last class of the day) I was struggling to finish the test on time and my heart started racing, i was getting very figity, leg bouncing up and down adn was kind of shaking all over my body. i noticed i had an erection and not to long later i ejaculated in my pants with out even touching my self. it was embarrasing b/c the front of my pants looked like i peed them, so i had to cover my pants with my books and make sure something was always in front to cover teh wet spot. I can remember this happening several times as well.
