Pain in Right Testicle. HELP!!

Approximately 6 weeks ago I began feeling pain in my right testicle area. It goes down to a level 1 (almost not notice-able) with lots of rest, but up to an 8 (incredible pain) when I drive long distances over bumpy roads. I can't think of anything to have caused this besides wrestling with someone one or two days before the pain started.

I have received ultrasounds and a CT scan, all with negative results. I took antibiotics (ER prescribed them), with no result. I'm on pain medicine which helps.
What is causing my pain?? Is it possible I pulled a muscle like the cremaster muscle?? Why does driving cause it to be so painful?
