Pain in penis after ejaculation.

Hi,
I am 20 years old and am still a virgin.
This started happening many years ago, but now it happens more often (about every second ejaculation on average).
After I ejaculate, I get a burning/stinging pain inside my penis near the tip.  This makes me need to go to the toilet for a pee(even if I cant), which helps a little.  I usually sit on the toilet for about half an hour to get rid of the pain. I'm then left with a mild discomort for another half-hour or so.
I've looked on the web and found others with this problem; they have been tested for std's, Uriny tract infections, and nothing comes up as the culprit.

Sometimes I don't have this problem for months, and other times it can happen just about every time I ejacutlate.

Help?

I have had this issue for years - since a teenager - am now 45 - and like many after masturbating and sex at times I get an intense burning. Always went away after a hot shower and a pee. Excately 17 days ago after masturbating i got the feeling and was not able to have a hot shower and just peed and went to bed. I have had this pain now for nearly 3 weeks. I have just started seeing a Uroligist as i don't know what it is (its not a uti or sti) but have a consant pain/burning in my urethra in the head of my penis and it mainly hurts/flares up AFTER i pee. The consant pain feels like i have am holding on to urine in the head but I have a normal stream and no other pain besides the head. Now i may have damaged or have a underlining condition so dont be scared but  keep to a routine and have a hot shower and pee straight after sex or masturbation. Im not sure if i have some scarring that may have developed over many years of this condition as only started working with the uroloigist. I feel stupid now that i didnt just have a hot shower straight after at the time but this does work. There are rare condtions such as IC, scarring of the urtheral and Urtheral Syndrome that can develop. Ural or baking soda in water can also be really good to help with the pain. Don't panic as anxiety will flare the condition. If you have the pain for days go to a doctor and maybe get prescibed some anti-anxiety meds so you don't panic and flare it up. In most cases you most likely have an inflamtion and the urine passing through is keeping that inflamation going that where the baking soda can help.  Be kind to your penis as you only have one.

Since i was about 5 years old, i would have nasty burning/pain in my penis shortly after urinating. Many years later, it also started happening after i ejacualte. For years i have been trying to find an answer and so far, to the best of my knowledge, I am suffering from male incomplete evacuation. After reading these comments, it seems like most of you also suffer from the same thing.

I believe there are treatments for it, tho i have not saught any out... Yet...

Hope this helps!

yes, you can do one thing, when you feel pain in the tip of your penis just ejaculation another time, this may take long time ejaculate sperm but you have to ejaculate another time. that will completely stop the pain, i have tested this.

SOLUTION:
I've had the same problem many times. It hurts like satan himself when peeing shortly after ejaculation. I just wanted to curl into a ball to overcome the pain. It can be VERY uncomfortable. Also it came with the problem of having "urge" to pee but not being able to so i would end up sitting for half an hour on the toilet as well!

HOWEVER what i have just found out recently-after ejaculation when i rinsed the penis with water and peed afterwards, there would be ZERO pain. It feels completely NORMAL!
So just put two fingers on the top of the head and pull a bit to widen the hole going into the penis and then rinse inside with water. That's what worked 100% for me.

NOTE that i am not a medical expert and i have no idea if it's good to do what i have, but this HAS WORKED for me!

This really was a golden discovery so i felt like i had to share and perhaps help other fellas with the same problem!
