Retrograde ejaculation 23yo

Okay, have been heavily into porn/masturbation for the past 6-7years? I trialled some Saw Palmetto (no particular reason) for a few months last year until I started to notice alternate retrograde ejaculation, usually worse if I’m tired or after a period of abstinence. This is still occuring despite stopping the palmetto. after a week or two of no masturbation or porn, i’ll have an intense ‘finish’ but a slightly delayed ejaculation and only a small amount will come out very weakly, despite feeling many more contractions, urine is a bit cloudy after and urinating after is a bit strange, have an odd prostate ‘ache’after frequently as well...

Before I trialled the palmetto ejaculations were strong, decent sized and powerful, 10x more satisfying as well...

This is doing my head in, have a new girlfriend of 5 months(first proper one) and we’re super into each other and are intimate, but am dealing with porn induced ED, PRemature orgasm/ejaculation, and now the retrograde when shes wondering why theres so little coming out......

This is like lifes cruel joke....

Oh so I never get erections with my Gf from foreplay/kissing etc, I need to masturbate for a while to get hard and by that time I’m so close to orgasm, if I dont keep up the physical stimuli I go soft and have to start again or continue to sex and bust very quickly, sometimes retrograde sometimes now...... what is wrong with me :’(

I can relate to this. Without constant direct stimulation I loose it quickly!...but really try using your fingers/ mouth....as long as you both finish I don't think there's a problem.
