Urethral milking

So I have a fixation with stripping or "milking"'my urethra to make sure I get every last drop of urine out when I pee. As of late I have been doing this a little to roughly and now I have the following symptoms:

-a bruise like pain from the middle of the shaft to the tip.
-intermittent urethral burning and tingling (exacerbated after urination and dehydration)
-tingling in the glans post orgasm
-sharp pain in the glans when I rub against my underwear
-a swollen and firmer feeling to my flaccid penis

I think I also have discharge but I think it might be urethral mucous from stripping to hard. When I check for it I get the smallest amount (not even a drop) of clear watery fluid.

Now I'm in a monogamous relationship but my focus on my genitals is enough that I'm worried about an STD even though such thought is unwarranted.

All my symptoms go away when I leave my penis alone for a day and maintain proper hygiene but I'm worried about this tiny amount of discharge. Am I disrupting my natural mucosal secretions?

If you're just going to post "Go see a doctor/psychologist" type answers, please don't. I am looking for insight PRIOR to seeking professional assistance.

Thank you

Are you washing your hands before your milking binges? You must be sure to maintain sanitary hands every time you touch your penis. It is very easy for the urethra to become infected due to unsanitary conditions.  Discharge is most likely a sign of infection. It would be best to reduce this activity or stop it all together to avoid things like sores, bruises and infection but if you absolutely must then be sure to wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap.

Can't you leave your thing alone?
