Thank you for your response. However the condition occurred immediately after the procedure. You say it could be caused by injury to the prostate. Could that injury have been caused by the biopsy needle's penetration of seminal ducts?  How effective is taking decongestant products in relieving retrograde ejaculation?

Hello,
There are many causes for such symptoms.Important ones are unrealistic sexual expectations which make sex a task rather than a pleasure, negative feelings about non performance, neurological causes which causes difficulty in ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation due to diabetes, damage or injury to the prostate such as due to prostate surgery and certain medications, surgical removal of the prostate or bladder or radiation therapy for certain malignancies of the reproductive system. Prostate biopsy does not cause dry orgasm.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
