"Uncut" - Techniques for stretching a tight foreskin

I am an uncircumcised male in the USA.  After an extensive search, I found out two days ago that the uncircumcised foreskin can and should be retracted during intercourse, masturbation, cleaning, etc.  I wish I would have learned this information sooner.  My dad and over 95% of my friends are all circumcised, so I have never had a 'heart to heart' with another male with my same uncut status and the extra maitenence that should be performed on this delicate area.  What is more frustrating, is that I am sadly 21 YEARS OLD!!!
I immediatly began stretching techniques to get my foreskin to retract past my glans, and within a day, I could complete this task relatively easily.  You can imagine my shock when my glans were fully exposed for the first time, after 21 years of being dormant.  My "redundant prepuce", or "foreskin overhang" protudes at the tip of my glans, and unless is forcibly stretched back, the glans are never exposed.  I expect this is largely due to my improper maintainence of my foreskin and lack of stretching
My main problem since this foreskin revelation involved my overly tight foreskin.  I can manage to retract the foreskin back past the rim of the glans when flaccid, but once I get an erection, the forskin opening is too tight to get past the glans.  I have heard of a Rx cream you can purchase that allows to make the foreskin much looser.  Would you recommend this?

A cortisone cream will help.
In the US and Canada the foreskin is blamed for all sorts of nonsense problems. I was born in Europe where circumcision us rare. Education and good hygiene should put an end to circumcision if it was thaught in health classes.

God bless,

Ron

yes.the cream is a topical steroid called betamethasone or clobetasol and they will help.you could also consider buying a stretching device called a glansie or gfs stretcher.by the way most uncircumcised men and women will not have this condition and the name of this is paraphimosis.
