Sharp pain in tip of penis, comes and goes.

So i've had this pain i noticed the day after having sex. It was bad the next morning, got better over the week but is still present. It is like a sort of shooting pain / pinch that is at the tip of my penis that comes and goes, its not a constant pain. Its not sensitive to touch etc, no pain when squeezed. Tested negative for STDs, urinalysis was fine and i have no symptoms besides this. No discharge, rash, bumps, anything.

It has been two weeks now and its gotten a little better but is still present. What could be causing this? I took some azithromycin  yesterday on the chance it was urethritis or some bacteria causing it but I am stumped at this point.
