Strange lesion/raised skin on tip/inside penis causing discomfort

Had protected oral sex/intercourse 5 weeks ago. 2 days later I noticed a strange lesion on the tip of my penis on one side (my left in images). These are the symptoms:

1. Discomfort only when rubbing against clothing. Sharp.
2. No discernable change in growth over 5 weeks.
3. No discharge or painful urination, although stream isnt always straight.
4. No other physical symptoms on penis.
5. Sometimes it feels temporarily itchy?
6. Internally it looks like a flat disk, outside like a fleshy line bump.

I have had a urinalysis done with a full blood panel. No STD findings or infection. At this point I'm worried I have HPV but two doctors have told me that it doesnt look symptomatic at the moment. I'm really at a loss at what this could be.

Hey man I’m having the same exact problem and mine looks the exact same I was terrified about hpv but doctors said it wasn’t either let me know if you find out anything and I’ll do the same. I been using coconut oil on it and it’s been stopping the irritation but not making it go away I got another appointment on Tuesday
