Swollen after catheter for 2 months...What's wrong?

I had a catheter in for about 5 days after surgery, when I got home i had a urinary tract infection, which was not treated correctly with the right course of anti biotics and i also got thrush from the antibiotics, both problems are now gone..

At the same time I also got swelling just inside my vagina a few days after coming home, i'm young and don't know what part is swollen! It's also gone kind of veiny when i feel it! It does not hurt, its uncomfortable to sit on sometimes if its a stool kinda chair and its been this way for 2 months! And my GP has only just referred me to urology at the hosppital to get an appointment.

I'm not sexually active and I'm very frightened. I don't know what's wrong with me :'(  it's kind of soft near what i think is the opening to where pee comes out but then further up it feels kind of hard, whatever it is kind of sticks out from my labia aswell.

Someone please help me :( is this something serious? I feel like no one is listening to me, not even my doctors.
