Hi

Thanks for keeping me posted. Please follow the precautions I outlined earlier. They are general precautions for any problems and swellings in the lower abdomen and scrotal area. Please see a doctor as soon as you can. Clinical co relation with the symptoms and examination of the patient is very important to reach a diagnosis.

Please let me know if there is any thing else. Please keep me posted about what the doctor’s visit.

Dear Sir,
Actually, this is on right side, whenever i drink milk or curd i feel better.
if i eat any spicy food this problem increase.
althogh due to this i don't feel any sort of pain in testies but some times i feel a little bit pain in my lower abdomen.
when i go to any clod area this seem to be decreased and in ot area i feel that the veins from right side come down and it look like i have three testies.
wile laying on bed these veins go upward and while standing these come down coparatively.
the link you told me last time, I checked it. it seems that u r right here i.e. may be varicocele,

Hi

First of all we are assuming that you have a varicocele. Nothing is sure until you are examined by a doctor. Until then, assuming that you have a varicocele, here are a few facts.
“Varicocele is on the left side in 90 percent of cases, presumably because of venous drainage of the left testes to the left renal vein, causing increased retrograde pressure. Mild varicoceles are commonly asymptomatic, but a dragging scrotal sensation may be felt.
Varicoceles are sometimes confused with the most common scrotal mass, the hydrocele - an over-accumulation of the fluid that is normally found between the two layers of membrane that envelop the testicle. The excess may result from an overproduction or under-absorption of the fluid. Occasionally, the hydrocele is the result of an injury. Like cysts, hydroceles rarely require treatment.”
A varicocele develops when the valve that regulates bloodflow from the vein into the main circulatory system becomes damaged or defective. Inefficient blood flow causes enlargement (dilation) of the vein.”
There is nothing much you can do. I would advice you to avoid lifting weight and strenuous exercises. Also eat a diet high in roughage to avoid constipation.
Please let me know if there is any thing else. Please keep me posted.

Hi
Based entirely on the information provided on your post, I think you have varicocele, which is a collection of varicose veins in the scrotum. Please refer: http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/23068876/
“Normally, you cannot see or feel the veins in the spermatic cord that carry the blood from the testes. If you have a varicocele, the veins become bigger (they enlarge or dilate) and this makes them more prominent. It is similar to varicose veins of the legs. The size of a varicocele can vary. A large varicocele is sometimes said to look and feel like 'a bag of worms' in the scrotum.”
I would suggest you see a surgeon at the earliest. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else.
