Urge to pee and pain
I have been having problem with urination.i will explain below for any typical day that i pass these days .
i wake up at 6 and head out out for my job at 630. i am often very tired when i wake up.when i arive at my ofice asround 730 i am already having an intense pressure around my groin area and a bit pain in my penis .so i urinate again , an hour later i feel same issue and and go again for urinate. then around 10 am again . After my lunch break (12) i urinate again and drink more water . then i start feeling better , but during the day i often feel very sharp pain in my arms all day (it is like bursts of pain which goes away as well . i had myself checked for any STD but doctor said nothinng positive (no bacteria).
There is very wierd smell that i feel as well during the day .
I work in a office and sit straight in chair all day which leads to some neck pain as well.

Strange odor in urine with increased frequency is seen in UTI and in diabetes. UTI including the STDs have been ruled out in your case. Then test for diabetes and see—fasting blood sugar, two hours after food and glucose tolerance test. Diabetes insipidus too should be looked into.

You said that your urin has a strange odor, right? It sounds like you might have a Urinary-tract-infection. Do you have any burning sensations along with the odor? Is your urin cloudy or dark in color? If I were you I`d definetly get tested for a U.T.I. as well as for a stone. I hope I was of some help. Good luck to you my friend.
