Penis has red, swollen-looking lips
From since I was about four years old, I've noticed that my penis has red, swollen-looking lips. It's not an STD because I am a virgin. The lips have never been painful, and the only real drawback is the appearance. My penis is completely functional. I was wondering if any of you guys have any idea what this is and how I can fix it?
