Vein on left side of penis

To whom it may concern:
I am a 19 year old guy. Just few days ago i start noticing a vein on the left side of the shaft of my penis.I must tell that i am circumsized. What i want to tell is that the vein as i observe starts from base of my penis and is visible uniformly till the almost 3/4 of the left side of penis shaft and "not till the head or the one inch sensitive skin below it". The vein/vessel is greenish sort of colour just like the colour of veins on the arm near the wrist. it is visible when penis is flaccid and i notice that it actually becomes less protuding when penis starts to enlarge. i have touched it and there is no pain from it nor is there any blueish colouration on penis to indicate any bruise.
But i must tell that this started to happen when i did p.e . i did stretch penis but i don't think i overdid it and i even warmed up my penis before it. but just the next day this started happening. i must also tell that i am having slight pain or a feeling of minute pain on the left side of my groin. it deosn't seem to be on the penis or on the vein but somewhere inside near the base of the left side of the penis. In other words its perhaps at base or closer to left side of penis as i feel and perhaps not on the penis itself. Also it is not in the left side of scrotum but only on the upper of the left side of penis as i have told before.the slight pain seems to vanish but then re occurs and it looks like it occurs after I mainly move my penis when i go to washroom for urine or when the penis moves in some way i.e due to engorging(becoming large) and then the pain stays for some time.
I haven't gone to doctor. Want your advice. please answer. has this happened from streching my penis. What is the cure. also tell what is that vessel called.its urgent. i am very concerned.
if there is a certified doctor so please tell me your id if you want to also see the photo to get a much better idea. i will try to give if possible.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be due to varicose veins or Mondor’s disease. It is superficial thrombophlebitis of the penis. This is an inflammatory reaction to a clot within the vein. This subsequently causes blockages and dilation of the vein. It is typically painless, but can be painful. In studies, patients were noted to have thrombophlebitis after a prolonged sexual act with or without intercourse. It was described as cord-like thickening of the superficial penile veins.

Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
