No Orgasm.

Hello. For about a month I realised that I have no Orgasm! In sense that everything goes perfectly well, but in the moment of ejaculation when it supposed to have orgasm, I don't feel almost anything... How can this be ? By the way I'm a man. Thank you!

Hello, The only way i can have an orgam is by being on top if not i can't have one. My orgasm only last for about a couple of second.  What can i do make it last longer.  It is hard for me to have two orgasm while have intercourse.

Hi,
If you have been enjoying the orgasm previously, then of course you should have it now also. The lack of orgasm could be due to a decrease in the duration of foreplay. I’ll suggest you to increase the foreplay with your partner during the intercourse and I hope that’s going to help. Secondly, I’ll suggest not being too frequent in sexual intercourse and prolonging the gap also tends to help. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
