Will i get the sensitivity of my penis back
I am 19.
Sometimes my foreskin rolls back exposing the head of my penis in my underwear. I ignored it and let it retracted ( 'coz it felt very nice and erotic) and now skin of my glans penis is dry and wrinkled and also less sensitive as compared to before.

I am cut and i used moisturiser, it does make it a bit better but i am still quite numb down there but it is possible to get pleasure.
You can use a vitamin e cream and i have just started trying silicone sheets
you leave them on for a couple of months and it is meant to make it a lot better

You could try applying moisturizers to keep the region adequately hydrated taking care to keep the region clean to prevent infections. The skin may show some improvement over a few weeks.
