What is this red spot just inside my penis on one side?

4 weeks ago i received unprotected oral. 2 days later i had a sore throat. A couple days after that my testicles felt like they were heavy and hot and i had a burning sensation at the end of urinating and while ejaculating. A week later i tested positive for leukocytes in the urine on a home uti test. I went to urgency care and tested negative for a uti but was presribed bactrim. So i took that for a week and then went to my county health department and tested for chlamydia, gonnorrhea, and syphilis. They treated me for syphilis and gave me azithromycin for chlamydia just in case. When the test came back a week later they were all negative. One week after i still had a sore throat so i looked in my mouth with my phone because i noticed a pink bump when i changed angles i was able to see a white spot so i assumed it was strep so i went in and tested for strep but the test came back negative but they still prescribed me 10 days worth of penecillin. Im not positive if the throat and penis problem are related but figured it would help to disclose that info. So anyways after finishing bactrim my testicles werent hot or sore and i tested negative on 2 uti home test but i still noticed a slight burning sensation when ejaculating, touching just below the head of the penis, and sometimes at the very end of urinating. Im circumcized so my penis hole ismt that big so its hard to look in there but i tried again and i was able to use the camera and light on my phone to get a picture and i noticed a red patch half an inch down. Its only on one side. There has been no discharge and no other marks or bumps anywhere. Im just kinda freaking out because i have no health insurance and no more money. Idk if this is an std or if it will go away on its own. Any info would be helpful im trying my best not to be too anxious but after the last month its been rough. I can share the picture but not quite sure how or if thats allowed.
