bump on penis glands

hi im 15 and uncircumsized, after discovering i cant retract my foreskin all the way pehind my penis head yet I discovered by fealing around that I have a little tiny bump on the bottom of the rim of the glands. I cannot see what it looks like because I cant pull my skin back that far yet so im very worried. It sort of feals like a pimple but I have no way of telling. I am very scared and need help. I masturbate a lot and am very worried about the issue, I just noticed it and am clueless. Plz help :(

Hello,
Discoloration around glans is not a thing to worry about if it is not causing any symptom. It is normal to have slight discoloration around the genitalia and urethra in some males. It is not  a symptom of any sexually transmitted disease. However if it becomes associated with any symptom like itching, burning, discharge from penis or pain in penis, then it needs to be evaluated.

I hope it helps.Take care and regards.

heyy :)
well later the same day i decided to pull the skin back over my glands for the first time.
As I did I noticed that bump was only smegma and white build up. I was relieved as I removed all of it. But I now have another concern. The whole top part of my glands are normal but now at the bottom of my glands (the thickest part) is a blackish blue colour. Ive never seen it before and I am pretty surprised. Is this anything to worry about?

Hello,
These small bumps can be Fordyce spots or Pearly penile papules. Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis. Both of them are a natural occurrence on penis and not a thing to worry about.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions. In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.
I hope it helps.Take care and regards.
