MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Apart from UTI and interstitial cystitis, burning micturition can be caused by acute urinary retention, bladder stones, cystocele, prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, kidney causes like infections, glomerulonephritis, calculi and STD’s and urethritis.

I suggest you to get evaluated or all these causes, You may need CT scan or ultrasound abdomen, culture of the expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) , prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test and a complete STD panel.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
