growth beside meatus

hi and hope you are well,

i saw my urologist about two years ago regarding a growth beside the meatus where the urethra ends.  my doctor said it was benign and it is quite common.  i just wanted to know if you were aware of any benign and common growths that typically occur near the meatus or on the penis.

sorry just to add to that, was hoping you could provide the names of them as well so i can find more pictures on the internet to ease my conscience that it is more common than i thought.
