i feel like i need to urinate but dont have to

Recently with in the last hour i felt the normal need to urinate, i went and as soon as i was done i felt the pressure like if i was holding it for a long time and i needed to go, but it seemed there was no urine left. After that i keep feeling the urge and pressure to urinate and when i try to either nothing happens ore a very very small amount comes out.  I feel no pain. Should i go to my doctor? I don't have insurance and would like to avoid a medical check up if there is nothing wrong

I have the same problem too. I keep wanting to go to the toilet even when i know i will end up discharging just a small amount. Its annoying! I had been having bad days due to insufficient sleeping hours. Normally i'll onlu wake up once when i was asleep (if i didnt pee before i went to bed) but now, even if i've pee-d, i'll end up waking up couple of times. I used to face the same thing few months back but it last me for only a day or two. But now, i nearly had it for 5 miserable days. I'm not sure if pregnancy does really affect. I had sex with boyfriend. Infact he's someone heavy so that makes me one too. Still i dont think im not pregnant cause he will always *** it on me. Can someone please tell me what is wrong w me? I dont wanna end up seeing the doctor cause that has always been my biggest nightmare. At least advice me on what i should be doing. Thanks.

It sounds like this problem has been going on for a long time (years?) with no eventual burning sensation.  Therefore, it is probably NOT a UTI as seems to be the popular diagnosis, but a prolapsed bladder (otherwise known as a cystocele or fallen bladder).  While the correct orientation of the bladder is upward, resting in a rounded belly, a prolapsed bladder has fallen (ligaments fail to hold it anymore for whatever reason) down into the pelvic floor.  In other words, instead of being like a bottle standing upright on the counter, it is more like a bottle lying sideways (horizontal) on the counter.  So while your bladder may be full and you may therefore be feeling the need to urinate, your bladder is lying on its side like the horizontal bottle and only a bit can come out.  What you need to do is stand up and bend at the hips (with your head and arms hanging toward the floor and your legs mostly straight) with a relaxed belly falling forward so as to make the bladder more upright, allowing it to fall back into its proper space into your rounded belly.  Having thus correctly reoriented your bladder, you can sit down again and pee... it may help if you maintain that leaning forward position and maintain the rounded belly.  Go to wholewoman.com/forum/ for more information about prolapsed bladders and other prolapsed pelvic organs.

Lately, I`ve been having the urge to pee. This only happens at night, just when I`m about to fall asleep. I`ve been constantly going to the bathroom every other minute, literally, and almost nothing comes out. Just a few drops or so, and once I get into bed again, the urge to pee as if held for several hours comes back. I try to not mind it but it gets really irritating and I really don`t know why this is happening. I had a UA at the hospital and they said nothing`s wrong with my urine or bladder. No infection at all, and yet this keeps on happening. HELP! Pleasee?

I constantly have to go. I'm on the 2nd day of this and its getting worse. It doesn't burn or anything, but when I come to the end it literally feels like my insides are falling out. What should I do?
