I never had steriods or enhancement drugs. Never sex with women but do have some sexual attachments.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Sexual activity is ruled by hormones, functioning ability of testicles and a combination of blood vessels and nerves. Even though one testicle is damaged the other one functions normally and does not effect the performance or semen consistency.
Shrinkage could also be a result of hormonal imbalance, so a check of the hormones would also be apt in this situation.
Best.

Thanks, i will soon visit a urologist
But my performance has no objection and sperm discharge is normal. Would that mean it has not been damaged?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Shrinkage of testicle could be related to blood supply in the testicle, level of testosterone in the body and sperm production ability in the testicle. As, you have been experiencing on and off swelling of the testicle it could be due to torsion followed by atrophy leading to shrinkage of the testicle. If left untreated this could lead to permanent damage of the testicle.
I would suggest that you get a scrotal ultrasound and visit a urologist for physical examination.
All the best
