Orgasm feels empty and pointless, and the only thing that follows is pain.

For a few years now my orgasms have felt like nothing. I can feel the semen leaving my body. I can feel the muscles moving. But nothing happens in terms of my mind. I'm fully aware of what's going on. I don't even care about the feeling. I've tried everything I can think of, to try and help the feeling if possible get stronger. Went for a month without touching myself, without watching porn of any kind. I've tried a vibrator both on my penis and on my prostate to no effect. I've tried edging to no effect. Is the orgasm suppose to be the pointless part of masturbation where you just wait for it to be over? Also 10 or so minutes afterwards I get pain in between my ballsack and my anus that lasts for hours, recently went to the doctor where they checked my prostate and my bladder + urethral, where they gave me the all clear. The pain has been there for years, only recently did I learn it wasn't natural. Anyone can explain or help?
