Need Help Please? Has anyone else had this?

Has anyone had this? Every now and then 3 to six months for the past few years I have noticed a brown discharge from my penis after a bowel movement. I am a 22 year old male and am not sexually active(not by choice). I have had numerous tests, CT with and w/o contrast, cytology, culture, and prostate test. I was scared to do the cysto and asked if I could be sedated for the procedure and was denied. I will only do it unless sedated. All of which cam eback negative. Just some blood in the urine. I have no other symptoms or pain. I was scared to do the cysto and asked if I could be sedated for the procedure and was denied. I will only do it unless sedated. The Uro said a I was fine and that it is pressure on my prostate from the feces. Please help I would like to know what this can be. It would be greatly appreciated.

I had that test. It's nothing to worry about, it's very fast and over befor you know it. You do not need to be sadated it's not worth feeling groggy afterward

I understand your fear of the cystoscopy but that is an excellent exam of inside your bladder. It will also show if there is an obstruction.  The blood could be related to inside your bladder or something else. The exam is not painful, just a little uncomfortable and they use a numbing agent.  It is a brief procedure. The urologist can look and have it all done in a minute or so.  Better to diagnosis something early versus having to deal with it later. Bladder cancer can reach anyone at any age.  Good Luck.
