Vitamin d defiency and one side leg pain!!

Hello everyone, I had my blood tested recently and I am defiencent in vitamin d with a level of 23. I am have twitching all round my body, lump in throat, scalp tingling, neck and shoulder pain, but what is most concerning is that my right leg hurts with muscle pain which is getting me worried that I may have have a mnd or something and I am only 18. I also have pectus excavatum if that means anything. I was also infected with herpes back in may but idk if that has anything to do with this. Can a vitamin defiency cause pain in one limb but not others and what kind of underlying conditions can cause a vit d defiency?

Thanks

Candida overgrowth can cause low vit. D.
My husband, myself and my 23 yr old son have low vit. D and it was discovered that we also suffer with this fungal infection in the colon. When you have this condition you can suffer with low vit. D levels along with many other vitamins deficiencies.
When my son was in 9th grade we discovered he had developed scoliosis. We connected it to his low vit. D levels. He was always more fatigued and slightly over weight then other kids his age. He also was sick with severe allergies, asthma and would get chronic sinus and chest infections. We connected these to the candida as well.
The other symptoms you have could be connected with the candida because we have those as also. They are caused by the toxins candida gives off. When candida feeds on the carbohydrates you ingest it gives off toxins that cause your body to have these side effects. When you try and kill the candida you also create more toxins causing side effects and sometimes lead to a herxheimer reaction. The only way to treat this condition is to kill the candida with fungal drugs like nyatatin and some candida killing probiotics. Eating a low carb diet will help eleviate alot of your symptoms but not kill the candida. To get rid of this condition you need to do both. We also discovered that the candida caused us to have a leaky gut'.
This is wear the candida penetrates the colon wall and makes small holes where food particles get through. When this happens the body sends the immune system to attack the foreign food particles. We are very sensitive to many foods and have food allergies. We take certain supplements to help heal our colons to stop these conditions.
We also add large doses of good refrigerated probiotics to replenish our imbalanced colon. We also take certain supplements to help detox the onslaught of toxins in our bodies. We wouldn't be able to function normally if we didn't do this.

Some day Doctors will realize that antibiotics are destroying our health. My son was put on antibiotics starting at the age of 5 months for an ear infection. Never once did doctors tell us to use probiotics when he was on antibiotics. From that point on he developed an ear infection, sinus infection or chest infection one after another. If they would have put him on an ati fungal instead he would not have developed this candida overgrowth or scoliosis. While trying to heal ourselves and especially my son, we have learned a lot.
Mainstream medicine is only beginning to realize the importants of good gut health and the damage antibiotics do to children very young.

The reason for Vitamin D deficiency is simply that you are not eating the right foods, nor exposing yourself to sunshine.

This is the only vitamin that our body makes from getting sunshine on our skin - but not sunburn.
Vitamin D is also in foods such as oily fish, eggs and fortified breakfast cereals.

Lack of Vitamin D and calcium can cause rickets, which causes bone deformities especially when the bones are still forming in children.

Your twitching and tingling may be due to lack of the vitamin, but also to lack of other vitamins.  You may also be short on magnesium.

Pectus excavatum is an abnormal development of the rib cage where the breastbone caves in, resulting in a sunken chest wall deformity.   It is sometimes referred to as "funnel chest".  It is a deformity often present at birth and can be mild or severe.

As you have been feeling "weird heart palpitations" you should make an appointment to see your doctor to get this checked out.  It may or may not have anything to do with your Pectus Excavatum.  Your other joint pains may or may not be connected to the Pectus Excavatum.

Get your leg checked out too.

Best wishes.
