As an aside, did you check your calcium levels? If that was low then you should take calcium supplements which are best absorbed if you take Vit D at the same time.
Please confirm with respect to Vit D, you are taking D3 and not another type.
Hi
Apologies for not replying sooner
Lyme has been ruled out
My MRI was whole spine and brain with and without diffusion
Good advice about the thyroid results. My mum and nan have thyroid problems and ive read it can be hereditary, gp says its fine but Iwill ask for results
Thanks for the replies x
did they check your thyroid levels...tsh free t3 free t4...hence ms problems can be low thyroid. Google vit d deficiency and you can see a variety of symptoms to see if they fit your symptoms. Also google hypothyroidism symptoms as well. I would be curious what levels your thyroid were since theres so many drs that don't know much about what to test or how to read the results. always ask for copies of your lab work from drs office hence the nurses will always make you a copy if you ask and keep them and you can google the lab results online and find loads of information and it is good to keep in your own records as well. You could get those anytime by just calling and tell the nurse you need to come by for a copy of your lab results.
You mention your foot and spine. You mention a MRI. What did you have scanned? Your spine?
I was very low on vitamin D a fee yrs ago and being low did not cause the symptoms you mention. That said, I function much better with a normal vitamin D reading
Your symptoms are not very specific, but you might want to check in with the people who know about Lyme disease to see if it sounds familiar to them.
