I am a 16 year old girl, I'm about 5'5" and 130 pounds. I am having a lot of trouble dealing with my weight. I am the captain of my highschool track team and I row on a club crew team. I have been dieting since I've been 13; I stay away from all fatty foods and all desserts. However, I still struggle with my body image and my weight. All of my friends who never would dream of dieting and don't exercise as frequently as I weigh 10 pounds or less. It is quite embarassing when we talk about weight because I always seem to be the heaviest one. I don't know what else to do. Please give me some advice.
