Well a few things. Read instead of TV or computer at night.
Brush your teeth right after dinner. Have an emergency snack ready for night like precut cold in water celery stalks and carrots.
Also take an evening walk.
Clean your fridge and pantry. Get rid of Mayonaise , high calorie salad dressings. Give your pasta and rice to a food bank. Don't buy processed foods. Learn to cook. Get a small food processor that will make food prep a snap. Avoid soda even diet soda. Drink lots of water and green tea.
When you get urge to eat at night, change what you are doing right away.
Keep a food journal. Join a group like TOPS.
