Fruit juice is pretty much empty calories, so limit juice and opt for whole fruit instead, so you'll get the added benefit of the fiber.  Drink plenty of water.

If you have a microwave, there are a lot frozen dinners, veggies, etc that you can cook in it.  If you have a fridge, you can buy salad fixings and have them cut up ready to go.

Do you have a small fridge ?
Space for a microwave? They make them with a burner on top.
If not, grocery stores have Pre packaged salads. Some with Spinach instead of just lettuce.
Deli stores have more exotic artichoke w roasted turkey for example.
Some stores have cooked chickens, or other hot dishes. Grocery.
Stay away from fast food. Drink 100% juice, not soda. At least 8 glasses or bottles of water daily. Good luck & Good health.    Pamela

If you do not have access to even a one ring stove, you can cook multiple foods with boiling water (kettle) merely look online. If you do not even have access to that, I recommend investing in a jullienne peeler. That way you can peel vegetables like carrots in such a way that they almost have the look of spagetti
