Does Nopalina really works to lose weight?
I am using nopalina linaza plus to lose weight. I am 131 pounds, 5'1. I have to lose weight around my stomach and hips. I take 2 spoons in 4 ounces of water or juice twice a day. Can I lose weight using Nopalina?
it says to take it with water, juice or milk
I started taking Nopalina Flax Seed Plus formula today. I mostly just feel nauseous, not sure what to make of that. I am taking it for weight loss, but will it harm me to take this even though I use the restroom regularly (1-2x a day or more)?

You need to drink high volumes of water. If you are blocked really bad it will just make you cramp up
