Hcg- side effects

Has anyone experienced any bad side effects from the hcg shots?  I am administering them myself and just want to know what to look out for.

some of the protocols now offer a 1200 cal plan. If you are unwilling to give up your workouts during the diet (I reduce my work out plan to pilaties, yoga and a abs routine) then that would be best.

@ I started my first round in June and I was 215, I am 5'4". By the end of round one I was down to 192. I was able to keep all of the weight off during the stabilization period. So luckily I starting my second session at the same weight.... I love the system I am using because it takes you through 4 steps. The final 2 being stabilization and maintaining, giving me the tools I need to keep the weight off. I was feeling desperate to loose the weight and I was considering surgery.... I feel like this is much safer than surgery and crazy no food diets like the master cleanse... The only side effects I have encountered is some moodieness about day 3 - 4 from carb withdrawal and breast tenderness and enlargement. For the first time in my life I feel like my reccomended weight of 140 is obtainable!!! :)

What about exercise? I am a big exerciser and I eat well (I know my proteins and carbs and what's good for you), two years ago I was ill advised by a doctor to take medication and gained 50 lbs, while taking it, after stopping the medication, I have managed to lose 30lbs just by my normal diet and exercise, so I lost 30 lbs in 6 months. I've tried increasing exercise and changing diet to lose more, but to no avail.
I am trying this out, but I am sure that the 500 calories is way too low for my exercise needs (15 miles cycling a day). Has anyone had any success with just keeping your already healthy lifestyle and diet and lost weight by adding these drops? I take multivitamins as well.
