Time to get back on track again, just got back from 3 nights of camping and ate lots of junk again. I tried to eat as healthy as possible when I could and we were with a group of friends who like to stay active so *hopefully* it all balanced out.... but yeah, lots of roasted marshmallows, hot dogs, chips, chocolate... so yup, time to get back to regular eating!

I'm getting back on track as well. Your 40 day challenge is great as it matches what I was doing personally. I have my 30 year class reunion Sept. 25 and am trying to lose for that.
Its sooo frustrating how easily life gets in the way of our best intentions!
I so hear you about loosing focus! I seem to be on a roll for loosing focus and I am not real happy about it at all... Hoping that once I get back to work (I work temp from the end of Aug to the end of June) and once the kids are back in school that having a regular routine again will help. Now, really hoping that all the sports the kids are in does not damage the routine too much....
