If you want to join in the 40 day challenge - it starts today (14th August 2010) but anyone can join in at any point - but weight loss has to be within the 40 days.....so your starting weight is the day you join and your finishing weight is September 22nd 2010.
It si about seeing quicker results - having a finish line - having some healthy competition an pushing yourself that bit more.
If you are joining the challenge - copy the list of names and add your own and add your starting weight.
