And the Secret Ingredient is......

DILL!  Dried or fresh.

This is the secret ingredient for the Iron Chef Challenge over on Healthy Cooking this week.  The response has been underwhelming, so we'll just see how it goes.

The idea is to search for recipes (healthy ones!) using the secret ingredient each week, cook it for your family or significant other, or just for yourself, and review it this week.

The purpose behind it is to get people out of a rut, cooking wise, and encourage them to try new foods/ingredients they might not have otherwise.  And to use these ingredients in a recipe that is healthy and great tasting.

You can read more about it over on Healthy Cooking, if you care to participate.

I missed this, so I'll move it over to Healthy Cooking.

I just put mine up today over there.  Its Danish Meatballs with a Creamy Dill Sauce.

I rarely cook with dill, so this should be....interesting!
