Note to self: must do better
Excuse for self: sick daughter at home not able to get to gym etc this week.
I chk my mins from spark people and divided it came out this week to about 35 mins per day on average!
I got some execercise done, but I spent most of my time fighting with doctors
OK .. NOTE TO SELF .. MUST Exercise regularly and consistently for SELF and for community.
NOTE TO COMMUNITY .. Please hold me accountable .. and I will hold you accountable as well. Certainly is more fun to do this together!
Can't claim any excuse - if I had time to watch ANY TV, I had time to exercise.
GOAL .. 10 crunches per day and 20 minutes of exercise 4 times this week!
I'm not exercising yet because I'm having foot surgery on the 23rd. I'll be off my feet for 6 wks.
After that I'm going to get moving.....no more excuses!!!

dai3symae - there are other parts of your body you can exercise jsut to keep moving, keep your metabolism up etc...Hope everything goes well with your surgery :)
My average is about 35 minutes a day. So that isn't bad for a start. Now I do plan to start switching it up but that will upset kids. They enjoy our daily bike rides. It makes them feel special that they get to go on a bike ride with their mother when none of the other mothers in the neighborhood do things like that with their kids.
