Diet time.

Hi there everyone :3. I am 22 years old , and currently weigh in at 113.3 lbs. I have a goal to lose 5 lbs first, then to 10, hopefully ending in finishing the full 13.3. I am a strict vegetarian, although I go vegan as much as possible. I work two jobs and go to college, so I am on the move a good bit, but I try to exercise when I have spare time. If anyone has any dieting tips, recipes, excersise tips, or anything else, feel free to comment!

if you have a smart tv or hdmi cord, hook up your tv and watch some very helpful workout videos from shamaroo, you can burn up to 200 calories and it only 20-30 minutes. I work two jobs and go to school so it helps me a lot and it's convenient.

Plyometric exercises are challenging and ideal if you're short on time. You can design an effective 15- to 20-minute, high-intensity workout with a combination of such exercises as jumping jacks, squat jumps, lunge jumps, squat-thrust jumps, mountain climbers and high knees. For a boot camp-style training session, perform each exercise for one minute with a 30-second recovery between exercises. Rest for three minutes after completing the first set, and then complete two more sets.
