Yes, I figured that must have been a typo.
I am 5 foot 10 not 5 foot 19 hit the wrong key the first time
I answered your weight issues in your other post.
If you skip meals and don't keep your blood sugar stable, it's very possible to black out. I'm not saying that's what happened, just that it's possible. Feeling somewhat light headed is not uncommon when we stand up too fast, as that can create a rapid decrease of blood flow to the brain; completely blacking out is not normal, no matter what; however, f this is a common issue with you, you should let your mom know in case you need medical care.
Your body needs a certain number of calories every day, just to function; therefore, if you don't provide enough calories and proper nutrients, you will not stay healthy, even if your weight is "normal" for your height. In fact, if you don't eat enough calories each day, your body will actually hold on to the fat you have because it thinks there won't be enough food coming in.
Sweating more, isn't helping you lose more fat, you are simply losing body fluid. I'm happy to hear that you drink plenty during your workout or you would become dehydrated, which is just as bad (or worse) for you as not eating. A less intense workout routine, with a healthy diet will do you a lot more good.
I can't stress enough, the necessity of discussing this with your mom or another trusted adult in case you do need medical care.
