Hi!!! I have a similar problem except I live out in the country and it's freezing. I suggest doing Gilad's total body workout or some workout videos. Running in place is also good. Sit ups in your room. And dieting too! Not a very strict diet but a healthy one with alot of protein and heck treat yourself sometime. And don't get discouraged if you don't lose weight fast. It is a very slow process. I Hope you take my advice. GOOD LUCK!
Don't feel badly - my husband doesn't want me to walk alone either, because he doesn't think it's safe, though it really is. Will your parents let you walk with friends?
Be sure to watch your diet and make sure you aren't eating junk food, like sodas, chips, candy, etc. Ask your parents to make sure you have plenty of fresh veggies to eat. Just drinking water instead of soda will make a huge difference. Keep your portions small, but be sure to eat enough. Don't eat until you're "stuffed", just eat until you're about 80% full, because it takes a while for your stomach to tell your brain that you've had enough.
If you walk to school, that can be considered exercise, if you go at a pretty brisk pace. Additionally, you should be getting some type of physical education at school. Make sure you participate in all the activities you can, because that is also exercise.
As vallieeebabe mentioned, you can do workout videos in your room, you can dance, etc. Invite friends over to work out with you, if your parents will let you.
You can do work out videos , or just work out doing in your room by that I mean like sit ups and jumping Jacks. That kind of stuff you know. Or you can even dance which is fun. I hoped I helped even a little (:
