Now that I have my mind focused entirely on staying healthy I make better choices on what to put in my body...Yesterday I was extremely hungry because I worked in the garden getting it ready for my nativity scene. It took me 4 to 5 hours to prepare...so that put me in a large negative intake. I prepared for dinner..stir fry..summer squash zucchini.red peppers.onion portabella mushrooms.asparagus..crushed garlic.scallops..and spinach wrapped it like a large baritto...it was filling healthy and delicious!!
