Hi
I am new to this, but wanted to ask..
I feel bloated and fat all the time after eating a meal. It really gets me down. I really want to lose weight, and be slim, currently weighing at 86kg, and at 5ft6. I used to go to the gym but got bored, I eat healthy, lots of fruit and veg, hardly eat any carbs and don't know what I am doing wrong.
Any ideas?
