Belly fat is very stubborn fat; and you cannot exactly target it by itself.
When exercising try and you weights whenever possible for example, when doing squats try add some weights, or if doing lunges.
By adding weights your are building muscle and muscle burns fat quicker, and it will help you lose your belly fat.. it worked for me :)
but one thing I know is that sit ups crunches ect did not work!! If anything they made my stomach even bigger, so I would advice on doing cardio and core (lifting weights ect).
