There is a plenty of information for hoodia and less for garcinia cambogia, found some inteseting fact for both of them, that's ineteresitng: Only the Gordonii varation of hoodia has the appetite suppressant abilities
Hoodia and Garcinia Cambogia. Second is plant too, you can search about it in google
OK and what is the content f LIpovon
mostly natural, but not only. The most important is the content
depend what kind of supplements, if it's something with natural origin it's ok
i don't agree, now i have time to train, but i am taking supplements too
I think these kind of products are made for people who don't have enough time to do exercises, people who work all day... i used to train in the gym 3 days weekly, but sometimes i don't have much time too.
Yes, hoodia and ephedra have different origins; I was merely using them for comparison. Often something comes on the market that appears to be safe, only to be found years later, that it's not.
I fully understand that hoodia comes from a cactus, but when you buy a product in the store, you really have no idea if it's authentic or not. You also, don't know about other ingredients in the product.
Aside from that, those who lose weight with aids like that, are much more likely to gain back the weight, once the weight loss aid is stopped, and none of them are intended for continuous/indefinite use.
It's much safer to lose weight by implementing a healthy diet with moderate exercise, losing approx 1-2 pounds/week; you'll be much more likely to keep off the weight, by making lifestyle changes vs a "diet".
I think there is a difference between ephedra and hoodia, they've got different origin
I don't think all the evidence is in, regarding Hoodia yet. Look at how many people lost weight with ephedra, only to find out, after it had been on the market for years. that it was very likely to cause fatal heart attack.
makes sense in your words jclub, but there is a lot of products made of Hoodia and no one was injured
In fact you are right, but i think this is not something with unknown origin
I think a very common misconseption is that just because something is "natural" or "organic" means it is safe. There are countless "natural" things that are unsafe, a whole lot more than are safe. Are eating leaves and bark healthy? No, but their "natural". I would be cautios when a company tries to push a product because it is "natural"
You are right, but it is Hoodia gordoni, this is cactus, how this could be dangerous
Yes, even natural products can be dangerous.
I prefer to lost weight doing exercises, but sometimes i don't have enough time. I read their website and i think this is a natural product, so it can't be dangerous...
It's never a good idea to use weight loss products like this. First off, you don't really know what you're getting and secondly, it's almost a given that you will gain back any lost weight as soon as you stop using the product -- IF you manage to lose weight on it to begin with!
You'd be far better off to implement a healthy eating regimen, along with moderate exercise.
hope it'll work... a friend of mine told me this helps to lose weight, i hope both of you are right
Hi Lita, i was using this product(Lipovon) and i lose over 10 pounds for one month. You must try it, you it will help you too
