Help and advice needed please

Hi.
I have recently ballooned in weight and would like the best tips/help to lose it all.
I have a 14 month old son and pre pregnancy I weighed 120 lbs,
I now weigh 238lbs which is a huge difference.
I'm constantly tired which I know must be the weight but exercising is now such a struggle.
Does anyone have a diet they recommend or an exercise plan for someone of my weight. I believe my BMI is over 45 now.

Hi MissBoo,

I've lost 15lbs from doing the cabbage soup diet and I found that it gave me a great boost to keep up with eatting healthy and being active! Pre-pregnancy I was 186lbs and went up to 246lbs, which I stayed at until about 1 mth and a half ago, I am now down to 222.8lbs and it keeps coming off! (15lbs off from the cabbage soup diet and 5 lbs from staying active/eating healthy after the diet) below I have posted a link to the Cabbage Soup Diet :)

Now that I have lost 20lbs I feel that I have much more energy. Now that I have more energy i'm actually going to do the 60 day INSANITY Challenge starting this coming Monday! If you would be interested in trying the 60 day challenge below is a link that you can use to get INSANITY for FREE!! (In-Store it cost about $180)

Actually, an increase in weight and constant drowsiness may be a sign it's a thyroid issue, I have hypothyroidism and found out because I'm CONSTANTLY tired, I take medicine daily to keep my thyroid in check, and when are optimal levels it can help you lose weight. I'm 4'11 and weigh 180 after two kids, my "healthy" body weight is about 130, so I have about 50lbs to lose, and have found it a struggle. I'm changing a few things at a time, instead of a unhealthy snack a day, changing to healthy, white bread to wheat, no soda, etc. One thing at a time til my diet is all around healthier. I've also started by doing Zumba every other day for 40 minutes, and will go for a walk on opposite days occasionally to build myself up to more intense exercise. Good luck!! We can do it! :)
