I have tried many diets and found that monitoring EVERY single calorie that I ate worked....gum, breath mints, etc.
I also try to walk regularly....ie, parking further in the grocery store lot, taking the stairs, etc.
I have to build my exercise into my day because I have two little ones at home and find it hard to exercise with munchkins constantly demanding your attention.
Dear Rachel you should try to take more proteins(meat, nuts, legumes and fishes) or go for some fibers(potatoes, flaxseeds, black cumin) and always look the nutritional info for the food that you would buy.And avoid sugars try saccharin.
